Description

This picture of Uptown Charlotte depicts the west side of Tryon Street, facing south. In the front left side of the photo, a storefront sign advertising diamonds is visible. The sidewalks are free of pedestrians, but numerous cars are parked along the side of the street. The view of Tryon is leading towards the banking district, giving a glimpse of the retail shops that were a part of the downtown life.
